How the Treatment Works

The Avéli treatment is surprisingly quick, given how effective it is at addressing the presence of visible cellulite. By working subdermally to release the tension caused by small bands of connective tissue that tug on your skin beneath its surface, Avéli addresses the presence of cellulite at its souce.

The treatment only requires a local anesthetic, before the device is inserted under your skin via a very small incision. Most treatments take only about an hour to complete, and the extent of your recovery period will involve some bruising, swelling, and mild discomfort for a day or two. Bruising and soreness can remain for up to a month, however.

Will I need multiple sessions?

No! Avéli is a single cellulite procedure. Our provider can fully treat the targeted cellulite dimples on both your buttocks and thighs in one treatment session.

How long does the procedure take?

Most Avéli treatments will take around an hour, including local anesthesia and the procedure itself. Exact timing will vary depending on your personalized procedure plan from your provider.

Is there any downtime after the procedure?

There is little to no downtime after the treatment is completed. Most patients return to normal activities within 24-48 hours.

How quickly will I see improvement in my cellulite?
