STATUS POST - This patient presented with failed bilateral mastectomies with right side reconstruction and left side oversized textured anatomic implant.

PROCEDURE 1 - Removal of scar tissue, right side Latissimus Dorsi MC flap, plus bilateral implant placement.

PROCEDURE 2 - Right side capsulotomy, left side capsulectomy, bilateral implant exchange to 375 cc smooth round implants. Left side Ryan Advancement flap and left nipple reconstruction.

This patient presented status post bilateral nipple sparing reconstruction with 330 cc implants and bilateral capsular contracture and underwent bilateral capsulectomy implant exchange to smooth round implants 525 cc.

STATUS POST - Nipple sparing mastectomies with loss of nipples and ultimately loss of expanders

PROCEDURE 1 - Bilateral Latissimus Dorsi Myocutaneous flaps and placement of 175cc smooth round implants.

PROCEDURE 2 - Implant exchange with 350cc smooth round implants and bilateral nipple reconstruction.
